We need a strategic operator who uses AI and data-driven insights to:
- Decode our business model and identify untapped growth opportunities.
- Empower the Business Development team with automation and predictive analytics.
- Turn operational efficiency into revenue acceleration.
You’ll act as the bridge between data, AI tools, and business strategy, ensuring every workflow and analysis directly contributes to expanding market share and profitability.
Job Responsibilities:
- Business Growth Intelligence
- Analyze market trends, advertising shifts, and competitor strategies to identify high-potential opportunities for expansion.
- Translate macroeconomic and industry-specific data into actionable business strategies.
- Develop AI-powered market alerts to keep the BD team ahead of trends.
- Revenue-Focused Optimization
- Audit CRM and sales pipeline data to pinpoint bottlenecks in the business development lifecycle
- Design automated workflows to streamline lead nurturing, contract management, and client retention.
- Implement predictive analytics to forecast revenue risks and opportunities.
- AI-Driven Efficiency
- Deploy AI tools for market research, automating competitive analysis and customer insight generation.
- Build smart dashboards to track key revenue drivers (e.g., CAC, LTV, conversion rates) and recommend adjustments.
- Train teams on AI-augmented decision-making, ensuring tools are used to their full potential.
- Cross-Functional Leadership
- Partner with Business Development, Marketing, and Finance to align operations with growth targets.
- Present data-backed recommendations to executives, linking every initiative to revenue impact.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement through automation and AI adoption.
- Design department-specific AI solutions that address unique needs while aligning with company-wide goals
- Run “AI Clinics” to train teams on adopting and maximizing these tools.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years in operations, business analysis, or growth strategy (tech/digital marketing preferred).
- Experience using AI tools for market analysis, predictive modeling, and process automation.
- Ability to spot trends, diagnose obstacles, and prescribe solutions.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) and data visualization tools.
- Skilled at working with non-technical teams to implement data-driven strategies.
- Proven track record of using AI/automation to solve business problems.
- Deep understanding of how operational efficiency drives revenue.
- Strong communication skills in English and Cantonese/Mandarin.
