Business Performance Analyst,
HK
We are seeking a highly analytical and commercially minded Business Performance Analyst to partner with the Managing Director, Global in accelerating business growth and profitability across our globjl network, including Hong Kong, Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Taiwan and Europe. You will shape business planning, optimize operational efficiency, and support revenue and profit maximization for our portfolio of global brands and leading advertising agencies.
This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional with strong business sense, data-driven thinking, and a passion for strategy and operations. You will gain direct exposure to senior leadership, cross-functional teams and high-impact decision-making in a dynamic, fast-paced global industry.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist the Managing Director, Global in developing business strategies and growth plans for our global network.
- Support market research, business performance analysis, and evaluation of key initiatives and business models.
- Participate in the preparation and review of regional performance and financial reports, assist in identifying, capturing and optimizing business trends and profitability.
- Help plan and coordinate project team staffing based on client needs and resource availability.
- Assist in monitoring internal financial workflows, including billing, vendor relationships and payments, and cost management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business development, strategy planning, account management, finance, HR) to support efficient project execution.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and strategic documents for internal stakeholders and client use.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve business performance, processes, efficiency, and cost effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Marketing, Management, or related disciplines.
- Strong interest in business strategy, operations, data analysis, or consulting; prior internship or project experience is a plus but not required.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and logical thinking.
- Strong numeracy and proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint; familiarity with/ ability to leverage AI tools for data analysis is highly desirable
- Good communication and interpersonal skills; able to work across teams and manage multiple tasks.
- A proactive, self-motivated learner with strong ownership and curiosity.
- Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin, both written and spoken; business-level English to coordinate with regional management.
