Key Client Manager

Job Responsibilities:
Client Strategy & Growth
- Understand the client’s business goal and coordinate effectively with internal teams to deliver on brief requirements
- Proactively suggest suitable media recommendations and identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities to drive revenue growth
- Lead and deliver strategic pitches and presentations to clients at all management levels
Campaign Management and Optimisation
- Work closely with the internal teams for key campaigns planning, quarterly business reviews and post campaign reports, ensuring strategic alignment with the client’s business goals
- Analyze campaign performance data to uncover insights and inform media strategy adjustments and optimisations
Relationship Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, building long-term partnerships
- Proactively manage and strengthen the client relationship, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
Requirements:
- University degree preferably in Marketing/ Advertising or Business related discipline
- 3-5 years of online media planning/ client servicing experience in digital media industry; experience in media agency or publisher is an advantage
- Prior knowledge or exposure to Chinese media is preferred and advantageous
- Able to communicate in English & Mandarin fluently
- Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills
- Proactive, multi-tasking and able to work in a fast-paced environment with growth mindset
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Associate Key Client Manager.
