EternityX’s Founder & CEO, Charlene Ree participated in a panel at Campaign360 in Singapore on May 15. Her panel, “From Segmentation to Synergy: Uniting Your Marketing Tribe” with other industry experts from Visa, Dell, and Sodexo, was being featured by Campaign Asia.

Charlene emphasised the importance of leveraging data and insights in B2B marketing to better gauge marketing strategies and allow for personalisation and precision marketing. In addition, she thought technology can empower B2C brands to better understand and influence their decision-making process. For example, the company itself uses customer data platforms (CDPs) to collect and organise clients’ information. Finally, she recommended an omnichannel marketing approach and consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints.
